Just Cut The Grass Lawn & Garden Maintenance

Our brand new and never previously used self-propelled $800+ lawnmower was borrowed by this business. Finally several months later, and after multiple requests, it was returned to us in appalling condition and the warranty was forfeited through misuse.

I have no idea what happened to our lawnmower while it was not in our possession, but upon requesting this business either repair or replace it my son was harrassed and berated by the owner. This is despite the fact that we had permitted this business borrow our brand new lawnmower when they were establishing themselves as a favour to help them reduce their initial outgoing overheads and expenses.

The lack of gratitude is disgusting and an extremely disappointing reflection of the attitude of the management.
