I wanted to write to say what a lovely experience I had at Penrith bridal last month. I was surprised to find such a gorgeous store in Penrith, I didn’t even know they were there, but my girlfriend told me about it and their selection of gowns are huge, I felt they were nicer than a lot of the gowns I tried on in parramatta too to be honest. I loved the exclusivity of it being appointment only as I felt special and my mum enjoyed being made a fuss of too. I found ‘the one’ a Delanquez gown, which Melinda chose for me, it was like she just knew instinctively what I would love from all of our chatting about my day even though it isn’t like any of the pictures I brought in! It’s totally different and I can’t stop thinking about it. The ordering process was easy, long lay-bys terms and the cooling off period made me feel less pressured as well. Last week she even organised a fabric swatch for me to use for shoes suits bridesmaids flowers etc. you leave here feeling like they genuinely care about you and your day. It’s nice to have bought from a family business where they are actually invested in your day. Can’t recommend this place to my girlfriends enough, and I’m sure I’ll be back with a few of them in the future. Thanks ladies!
