Ararat Concrete Pty Ltd was established by Alan and Judith Woods in 1976. Over the past 40 years the business has built up to what it is today and is now in its second generation.

Wayne Horne Earthmoving was formed in 1988 when Wayne Horne was joined by Mike Beaumont as a financial & business partner. Mike’s farm at Sulky provided the base for the company’s operations. As the plant diversified the company moved into dam construction, drainage & general civil works. As the capacity of the plant further increased so has the company’s ability to undertake even larger projects.
