DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I only gave 5 stars as a warning for people considering using this company to find someone else! I organised this company to move a two bedroom townhouse from one side of town to the other. They only had to move the big items some packed boxes, two beds, bed side tables, two fridges, dining table, couch, entertainment unit, buffet, coffee table, TV, washing machine, dryer while and a small outdoor setting and shelf stand all the smaller stuff was being transported by car so it did look like their was allot there with all the lose stuff around being packed in the car but they weren’t required to move any of it. The big items were being moved straight into a double garage at the new place while paint was still drying so they didn’t even need to move anything into the house. They told me they were going to move the truck down to the garage to load it but we’re never to be seen again and weren’t answering the phone to even let me know they weren’t coming back leaving me high and dry! I had arranged for carpet cleaners to come that afternoon and the owners were moving in the next day. Fortunately, I have an exceptionally lovely real estate agent that organised for a truck and was able to help me move over the weekend. I am terminally ill and am not supposed to move anything heavy but had no choice. As a result I nearly ended up back in hospital. I had also organised brokerage through Anglicare so they knowingly knew they didn’t need to do the job and could still rip off a non for profit organisation for their travel time and call out fee! Which is apalling. They also lied and said I had bad mouthed Anglicare when I rely on for assistance from time to time and said the house wasn’t ready to move again another lie. When I’d spoken to them for a total of about two minutes before they disappeared.The irony is they would have completed the job if they had known they were relying on me for payment. They are also not registered for GST so please be careful if you are considering using them,
