I would recommend Wilkes Martial Arts Perth for kids and adults! The classes teach self defence skills and things like balance and coordination. There's a traditional martial arts background so you can learn respect and discipline, but there's a modern "use what is useful" approach. There's heaps of different style, kids is based on karate while adults is more focused on a mix of martial arts. The owner is friendly and encouraging, letting people watch or try a couple of classes before they decide to enrol. I'd encourage anyone looking for improved confidence and fitness to have a look! If you want to train martial arts in Perth, this is the best place I've been so far!
