First saw the nutritionist at endeavor college at central.Needed guidance and help to see a nutritionist to help me with my health as i suffer from chronic pain,had breast cancer and had a very bad diet. I saw dimi the nutritionist to help me change my diet and make me feel better as i had a very bad diet like junk food,vegetarian and needed to have a high protein diet. Dimi understood my situation and wrote me a diet guided me pn a healthy diet and told me what vitamins to take. After i followed her diet and started on new vitamins started exercising i felt like a new person and lost some weight. I recommend dimi as she is a great nutritionist who knows her job well and listens to you and guides you to better health. She is so knowledgeable about her vitamins and needs for better health for you. Go and see her as you will feel better in yourself .

A healthy diet can help you maintain a healthy body weight and decrease your risk of many diet-related health problems such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. We’ve got some dietary tips to help you support healthier eating.

Healthy diets are made up of a variety of foods. Eat plenty of breads and cereals, fruit, vegetables and legumes. Eat low salt foods and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Don’t skip breakfast. Breakfast foods such as whole grains, fruit and milk contain vital calcium, fibre and vitamins that make up a healthy diet.
Drink alcohol in moderation, alcohol is not only high in energy, but it can also have toxic effects on children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
