You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.
