Yes, this is downloadable from our website and is stated on each product listed on the website.
This varies depending on the product, but generally, all cakes have a shelf life of up to 5 days if stored at temps under 5°C. Please refer to our website for product specific shelf life.
Yes, we deliver Monday to Saturday in the mornings only and cannot specify or guarantee a delivery time on any set day. Should you require delivery for a specific time, we recommend you get your delivery the day before.
Yes, this varies on the size of your order and where you would like the goods delivered to. We do not deliver any items sold from the Factory shop. Deliveries to wholesale customers are free for deliveries over $60 in value.
Standard orders placed before 4pm daily will be ready for delivery or pick up the following day. Celebration slab cake orders must be placed at least 3 days before pick up or delivery.
No, we don't but we hire out the tins so you can make them yourselves. (We hire tins for 3 days for $5. The deposit is $20 for novelty tins and a $50 deposit for number tins.)
We always have a selection of our cakes in the shop but if there is something specific you would like it is best to order the day before.
Yes, we do. The cost is around $15 per sheet (A4 size or round) We need a day's notice to print and your image must be in " jpeg" format.
We sell 750g in white and colours and the 7kg buckets in white and ivory.
No, & yes. No, as we use flour on the premises, we cannot claim them to be gluten free. Yes, they are flourless, so made with no gluten containing ingredients, but may contain microscopic traces of gluten from airborne particles of flour.
