    We provide a statewide service covering all areas. Country or metro.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we have all the necessary insurance in place including Transit (Carriers insurance) that covers the building being moved from start to finish.

  • Do you stump the buildings i.e. (Footings)?

    We can include the stumping (Footings) for all building designs on delivery i.e. Steel posts for steel based transportable timber stumps for timber framed homes concrete precast footings for prefabs. We also provide a restumping / Re- levelling service for any older homes with issues.

  • Do you sell second hand homes for relocation to our site?

    Yes, we supply and deliver second hand homes and buildings. If we don’t have a suitable building available at the time, we will register your details and keep you informed on availability.

  • Do you offer site preparation i.e. Earth works?

    In most cases we require the site preparation and earth works to be completed by others prior to us arriving onsite.

  • Are you a registered builder?

    No, we are not registered builders because the building is already built we do not cover the building licence. This is usually covered for your shire as an owner builder or a separate contracted builder.

  • Do you move brick buildings?

    No, we don’t.
