The aim was to develop a business operating at the top-level, suitable for any organisation where their ICT infrastructure was critical to their operation.     Our Managed Services client base is within the SME space, and ranges from 2 terminals to 100 terminals in size. All clients receive the same high level of service whether they are large or small.

  • Do you supply ICT hardware, such as computers and monitors?

    We are able to supply all types of ICT hardware and software. Discounts on these items are available to Managed Services clients on a best plan premium or above.

  • What is Managed Services?

    Managed Services is a partnership between our organisation and yours, which effectively makes us your ICT department. It costs a fraction of the amount needed to hire your own ICT staff, and delivers better results in the SME space. We will work with you to develop the best ICT plan for your business.

  • What happens if I have an issue with our primary software or database, from another company?

    We insist that you maintain a support contract with any software provider you use within your business. With an appropriate support plan in place, issues with anything, including within another providers software can be lodged with us. We will liaise with your supplier on your behalf and help to resolve any issues.

  • Do you do business telephones?

    We are able to supply, configure and install a cloud based VOIP system. It is an enterprise grade product with very reasonable pricing, most clients save at least 30% on their ISDN phone bill when switching. Any client on a Best Managed Services Plan with us will have the option of taking advantage of this enterprise grade VOIP solution, and having it supported by us at no extra cost.

  • Our business prefers ICT projects to be completed on weekends or out of hours, can you do this?

    Yes, we have many clients with this requirement. Clients on a Best Managed Services Plan with us will receive a heavily discounted hourly charge for any out of hours work required as per their plan's features.

  • We want to call you in for a meeting, to plan our ICT systems, is this included?

    Yes, we encourage all of our clients to plan ahead and are more than happy to attend a meeting with you as required.

  • Can you help me with our internet issues?

    Yes, this is actually one of our most common projects. We have lots of options for improving the stability and reliability of internet and multi-site services in any location.
