SOS Office Equipment was incorporated in Bunbury Western Australia in 1990. The company is an office equipment provider and service company. SOS Office Equipment has established specific business objectives and strives to achieve these through careful planning of business development and attention to the identified and perceived needs of its current and prospective customers.
SOS can provide software solutions that can simplify, automate and better manage your information to get the most out of your printing environment. Our document management software will help you manage the total document lifecycle; from creating and distributing through to filing and archiving. We can also help you manage cost recovery and document security.
Here at SOS Office Equipment we are dedicated to offering our customers the highest level of service and maintenance. We service all of the South West region and also the Great Southern region, our core brands are Fuji Xerox, Lanier (same as Ricoh) & Toshiba, however nothing is too big or too small for SOS to service and maintain.
We strive to achieve a 98% first call fix, this is a high target but as a business feels that having a high standard and being better prepared is paramount to our customers. Our commitment to you is to reduce down time for your machines. We have 5 manufacturer-trained technicians based in Bunbury and 1 in Albany; this means the team that looks after your machines know what they are doing.

Yes, SOS Office Equipment are the authorised sales, service and warranty agents for the Kyocera, Toshiba, Lexmark, Oki, Brother and Fuji Xerox range of copiers, laser printers and multifunction laser printers in Western Australia. We are also an authorised government supplier of Kyocera and Fuji Xerox digital multi-function devices and laser printers under the local CUAPCS2018.
We service from Mandurah to Bremer Bay, covering the whole of the South West, and Great Southern.
Yes, we supply toner cartridges for all brands of photocopiers and laser printers at very competitive prices.
All our technicians have attended extensive training with all suppliers. They all have extensive knowledge of most other manufacturers.
Yes, we do sell used printers and copiers that have been refurbished. These have their own warranties that we supply.
