C&C Conveyancing is an independent Real Estate Settlement Agency with extensive industry experience. We are committed to providing all our clients both long-standing and new with outstanding personalised service combined with professionalism, honesty and integrity.

About Us:

Established in 1993 by Carol Moar, C&C Conveyancing is an independently owned and operated Real Estate Settlement Agency that prides itself on knowledgeable, personalised service. Based in Bunbury, C&C Conveyancing has quickly grown to be one of the most respected settlement agencies in the Southwest and now handle property transactions from all over Western Australia.

C&C Conveyancing is a proudly independent settlement agency with no affiliation to any:

  • Real estate agency
  • Developer
  • Financial institution or broker

C&C Conveyancing has carved a niche in the settlements industry through specialising in more than just simple residential settlements. While other agencies may dabble in transactions like private sales, rural and farm settlements, subdivisions, strata titles, marriage dissolution and deceased estates, C&C Conveyancing is expert in these fields.

FAQs

  • When can I re-inspect my property?

Your real estate agent should contact you at least one week prior to settlement to arrange for a final inspection.

  • When do I get possession?

If the property you are purchasing is vacant then a buyer may be able to take possession on the day of settlement. If the seller is occupying the property then they are entitled to remain in occupation of the property until noon the day after settlement.

  • Why do I have to pay stamp duty prior to settlement?

All real estate transactions are governed by the "Offer & Acceptance Contract" together with the joint form of general conditions (as amended from time to time).

  • How much will settlement cost?

This is of course entirely dependent on the cost of your purchase.

  • Do I have to attend settlement?

No, your settlement agent will attend settlement for you as part of the fees you pay for their services.
