Joe The Sander is an owner operated business, Which offers free quotes on both commercial and residential properties. Having been a floor sander for 15 years, as my catch phase states I'm always endeavouring to supply my costumers with a job they will be happy with. A great deal of the work that I do is through return work with happy customers and word of mouth. I've over the years used products including solvent and water base polyurethane, both penetrative and burnishing oils Livo's and Tung.

Just keep it simple, a bucket of warm water with a little Metho in it and a damp mop. Timber floors do no respond well to a lot of water. You can see when a floor has been subject to too much, the boards start to lip up cup on the edges. After all its a reasonable out lay to get your timber floors done and they are not hard to maintain. Most of the floor coatings on the market are very durable, though nail polish remover and any other strong cleaners need to be removed straight away.
