Yes, Liberty Belle Rx does ship to many locations globally. To find out if we ship to you, simply add your address into the checkout. If we do, the shipping costs will be calculated at that stage.
You are currently on our Global website, which ships to most locations around the world. Unfortunately, there are some countries we are unable to deliver to, including: Greece, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Romania and Poland.
International orders may incur additional duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) that is applied upon arrival at the destination country when goods are imported. Liberty Belle Rx has no control over this and are not responsible for these charges. The charges can be added at random and are controlled by local governments and/or boarder security. In line with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘skincare’.
If you have changed your mind, ordered an incorrect product or service, and would like to cancel or amend the order please contact Liberty Belle Customer Service team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] for further assistance. Sadly, we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed due to the volume of sales and the speed at which we process our orders in our warehouse.

If the product has defective packaging that prevents or hinders use, please contact [email protected] within thirty (30) day of the receipt of the product. If your request is approved, a prepaid returns satchel will be sent to you and once the item has been received back to our Dispatch Centre, a replacement will be sent to you.
Orders placed prior to 12pm AEST will be ready to collect the same day or following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. You will be sent an email when your order is ready.
