A major benefit of Stelson Homes is that you (the client) will be dealing directly with the directors/builders. You will not be dealing through any middle men such as supervisors, sales people etc. As we are hands on building team and directly supervise each project and are there on site throughout the whole process.
All of our team of contractors have worked with us for many years and we know and trust that there workmanship is of the highest quality standard that we expect.
It's not just our workmanship that is of the highest quality standard, it's also our service. We believe communication between the builder and client is of the highest importance. Throughout the initial drawing/permit stage & right through to the building stages, we will be working in close with design, materials & colour selections.
We will be in contact throughout the entire project keeping you up to date. We are also quite flexible with changes along the way.
Most of our work is through referrals and recommendations as Stelson Homes strives on the highest quality and maintaining a good relationship with our clients throughout the whole project.
