This is a good question, which we get asked a lot. Finding the best solution for you can only be done by taking into account all of your needs and wants, and the variables which each site poses. We offer unique customised solutions, which draw on our experience in the field. We also like structures which make beautiful creative statements, so don't expect drab or ordinary results.

A substantial amount of weather can be held at bay by a sail which is at high tension with a good amount of height variation between the connections. Light rain will certainly be deflected; however you couldn't stay under a normal shade sail in torrential rain. Total waterproofing can be achieved by using PVC sails. These cost considerably more than their shade cloth equivalents.
Every structure that we erect has been designed to withstand strong weather. We carefully create strong fixing points for all sails so that movement in high winds does no damage to other structures, such as your house. We use the highest possible quality fixings and fastenings to minimise their potential to snap or break. For peace of mind you may like to remove the fabric cover of your sail during very heavy storms to prolong the life of the product.
