  • Can I place my order by phone?

    Yes, we are happy to accept phone orders. If you don't want to submit an order online, simply use the 'contact us' link located in the top menu. Indicate that you would like to place a phone order, and you will be contacted the same day to have your telephone order processed.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard. We do not charge through cards unless the order is in stock and ready to ship.

  • What other methods of payments are available other than Credit Cards?

    You can choose the Direct Deposit option and banking details will be forwarded to you via email once you have completed your sale.

  • What forms of Shipping can I choose from?

    You can choose from Regular Australia Post or Insured Australia Post. Express Post is also available with an Insured option available with Express Post also.

  • I'm worried about my order reaching me. How can I be sure that I will receive my order?

    We only use secure delivery methods that deliver straight to your door. Depending on the size of you order, it will be delivered either by Australia Post (registered delivery) or by courier service. Whatever method we use, your signature must be obtained on delivery.

  • How are your delivery fees calculated?

    We have negotiated rates with Australia Post according to the weight of the item not the size. We appreciate that you may wish to make a small purchase or try out our service before placing a larger order. This way instead of paying a flat rate for a small item, you will save on postage charges. Rates for larger items have also been kept to a minimum and there are big savings to be made by grouping your purchases into one transaction and qualify for discounted rates.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once your order is received your order is ready for dispatch within 48 hours except weekends, from our warehouse. Most locations should receive their order within 2-3 days although some areas in the Northern Territory are between 7-10 days. Please note, this is an estimated guide only, and delivery times may vary. You will be contacted if there are any delays in dispatching your goods.

  • How do I cover my order against damage or loss?

    There are options available with both express post and regular post that offer insurance for your purchase. This option needs to be taken during the checkout process.
