Back-to-base monitoring is an affordable and essential service for everyone concerned about family and business security. Extensively trained operators are on standby 24 hours a day, ready to take action should an alarm occur at your premises. When an alarm does occur, be it a panic, burglary, fire or medical emergency, our control operator will promptly notify you and dispatch the nearest patrol officer, police, fire brigade or ambulance depending on the requirements.
This will depend on your current system and if you are monitored “back to base”. If you are monitored or considering monitoring check with us if your system is compatible with NBN.
It is recommended that you have your hardwired security system serviced at least every 2 -3 years to change batteries and keep it running at optimum levels. If you have a wireless security system, it is preferred to have it serviced every 12 – 18 months. Of course, if you have a fault or something is not quite right between those times, it is highly recommended you call for one of our technicians to assist you.
