You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 185 185 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 553 930 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.

Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.
