FAQs

  • What cutting options do you have available?

Hydraulic, Petrol, Electric & Soff-cut: Ring saw cutting depth 260mm, Hydraulic saw cutting depth 240mm, Petrol saw cutting depth 150mm, Electric saw cutting depth 125mm. Road saw: cutting to a depth of 300mm.

  • How are the cutting depths charged?

Cutting is charged per lineal metre by depth of cut. Please contact us if you would like a quote or alternatively we can provide you with a price list.

  • What core sizes do you have?

Our cores range in size from 16mm up to 250mm. 300mm & 350mm are also available upon request.

  • Do you cut anything other than concrete?

Yes. We can cut asphalt and brick.

  • Do you grind concrete?

No. At this point we are not able to provide grinding.

  • Who do you cater for?

Whether you're concrete cutting or drilling needs are for residential, commercial or industrial, we can provide specialised services for them all. You may have a simple home improvement or maybe a major industrial factory, however big or small rest assured we can accommodate your needs.

  • Do you remove the concrete?

No. We will however at your request cut the concrete into manageable sized pieces for you. Please ask for this in your quote and we will ensure you are quoted accurately.

  • Is there dust or mess?

Whilst all care is taken to reduce the amount of dust/mess produced during cutting or drilling it is recommended to cover with drop sheets or plastic all areas you want to remain clean. We do use water while cutting which does reduce the amount of dust produced. This however produces a slurry liquid which depending on what and where is being cut or drilled can be vacuumed up using our wet-vac. Please request this in your quote if you would like the wet-vac included.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes. We are fully covered.

  • Do you pour concrete?

No. This is a different specialist field and we advise you contact a professional in the concreting industry.
