  • Do you accept international orders?

    We're sorry but at this stage Bagworld only delivers within Australia, and payment is via credit card or PayPal and charged in Australian dollars.

  • How do I open my combination lock for the first time?

    When your combination lock is new, it is set to 0-0-0 by the manufacturer. Move the dials to 0-0-0 and then press the release button to open the lock.

  • Can I return my order if it's not what I'm after?

    No problem! You can return an item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Products must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Bagworld at your cost. Please include a copy of your receipt. We'll refund your order when we receive it back, rather than do an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour, or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to you quicker too!
