We provide independent, confidential and professional advice to private clients in estate planning, wills, probate, advice to executors, advice to beneficiaries, taxation law, commercial law, conveyancing and other aspects of property law. WMM Lawyers are highly trained and specialise in what we do. We are a niche practice. We do not dabble in areas of the law in which we do not generally practice - although we are happy to refer our existing clients to other lawyers in areas in which we do not practice. Our people are committed to our firm values of service, quality and problem solving.
Our services are specially tailored to look after our clients' assets. The essence of our practice is advising clients about the legal issues that arise about their assets. We purposefully maintain this narrow focus in order to provide better & more specialised service to our clients.

Estate planning is the process of planning for and implementing strategies to control financial resources during life and after death, usually for the benefit of family, friends or favoured purposes of the client. A Will is usually a key document in any effective estate plan, however other important documents include: Enduring Power of Attorney; Enduring Guardianship; Superannuation Death Benefit Nomination; and Memorandum of Wishes.
Worrall Moss Martin Lawyers take the time to review your individual family and financial circumstances with you, to identify the issues and options personal to you in your Estate Planning, and recommend solutions. We do not offer one size fits all solutions, but rather tailor solutions and documents to what you need and want. Our lawyers are experienced and focused in the areas of law in which they practice.
