This is hard to answer without having the plans and the engineered plans. It also comes down to the finishes people are wanting in their project as there can be massive price fluctuations. I liken this question to - are you wanting a Ford or a Ferrari? It is really hard to put a rough price without having all of the information at hand.
This depends on how many projects we are in the process of and whether their plans are approved and ready to go. There are times when we can start within 2 months and there are times when there is more of a wait. We work with our clients often before they are ready so by the time their project is ready to start we already have their project tentatively booked in for a mutually convenient start
Yes, we certainly can. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy and understand what stage your project is at. We have a working relationship with draftsmen to get your plans drawn up, we can assist with arranging engineers and building surveyors, we arrange all trades for your project and communicate with you at all times right through to completion of your project.

Yes, we do have a building licence and we use all licensed contractors.
