      Extremely Disappointed

      I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Hartshorne Landscaping. Our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our unfortunate encounter to warn others.



      Firstly, Hartshorne Landscaping made a significant error by overordering the amount of pavers required for our project. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they attempted to deceive us by providing false information. This lack of honesty and transparency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism.



      Furthermore, their negligence during the installation process resulted in several issues. Paver glue was carelessly left on the edge of our pool and on some of the pavers, leaving unsightly and difficult-to-remove stains. Additionally, concrete was splattered onto our newly installed colorbond fencing. When we requested that they rectify this mistake, they not only failed to clean it properly but also managed to scratch the entire fence in the process.



      To make matters worse, Hartshorne Landscaping removed every single stormwater riser without our consent and paved over them. As a result, rainwater now flows directly into our pool, causing unnecessary drainage of the pool water, chemicals and magnesium which end up requiring constant replenishment. This disregard for proper drainage and their failure to consult with us before making such significant changes is utterly unacceptable.



      Overall, our experience with Hartshorne Landscaping has been nothing short of a disaster. Their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail, and failure to rectify their mistakes have left us deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. We trusted them to deliver a quality landscaping project, but instead, we have been left with a mess that requires additional time, effort, and expenses to fix.



      I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Hartshorne Landscaping to proceed with caution. Based on our experience, their workmanship, communication, and overall professionalism are severely lacking. We hope that by sharing our experience, others can avoid the disappointment and frustration we have endured.
