Liberty Speech Pathology is a private paediatric practice in Adelaide’s North East that offers evaluation and therapy for children aged 18 months to 18 years. Children may be seen in our Newton clinic or in your child’s own school, kindergarten or childcare centre.
Knowing that no two children are exactly the same, Liberty Speech Pathology creates a unique and individualised therapy program for each child.
At Liberty Speech Pathology, we know that therapy is most successful if your child enjoys attending. That’s why our enthusiastic staff uses games and fun activities in therapy sessions to make therapy lots of fun! We also service an extensive range of schools throughout Adelaide’s East, North East and North, conveniently providing therapy on-site and limiting the need to withdraw your child from school.
Liberty Speech Pathology is a private paediatric practice, established in Adelaide in 2005. We offer friendly, game-based assessments and therapy for kids and teens. Our Speech Pathology Clinic in Modbury offers dedicated rooms for individual therapy with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

A speech pathologist is qualified to assess and provide treatment to people with communication difficulties. A speech pathologist is called a speech-language pathologist in America and a speech and language therapist in the UK.
A speech pathology assessment involves using a variety of tests with your child. This is done in a fun way with motivators to help your child stay on track. An assessment gives information on how your child is performing in a variety of areas and identifies any particular difficulties that he or she may have.
Your child may be assessed at either the Liberty Speech Pathology clinic or at his or her school, kindergarten or childcare centre.
A detailed report will be written by your speech pathologist, which you can distribute to your child’s teacher and other professionals involved with your child. The report will explain how your child went with each part of the test, how the outcome may affect your child’s communication and classroom learning and recommendations for the home or classroom.
