Some of our bins have drop down doors to allow for easier filling. If that is what you are requiring just ask at the time of placing your order so we can allocate that particular bin for you.

We can also supply you with skip bins to take away your natural green waste which is charged at a cheaper rate because we are able to remove green waste at a minimal cost and want to pass on the savings we make to our customers.

We allow 7 days for you to fill the bin; however you may request bins to be collected earlier. If required for longer periods of time extra fees can be negotiated.
Due to strict transport SA rules bins must not exceed the brim or the water line (level full). If bins are overfilled, the driver is obliged to remove the excess prior to bin collection.
Usually the day beforehand is sufficient however it is best to call 2-3 days prior to your requested delivery date to ensure bin sizes are available. In most instances, we can provide same day delivery provided you ring early.
Absolutely no car tyres, liquids such as old paint cans, asbestos, toxic waste or gas bottles are to be placed in the bin. This is a requirement of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). If any of the above are placed in the bin we are unable to move the bin from the property until they have been removed.
There will be an extra charge applied if you wish to dispose E-Waste including TVs, computer laptops, scanners and printers.
Mattresses can be placed in the bin. There is however an extra charge of $20 per mattress, this is to cover the levy set by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).
These need to be quoted at the time of ordering the bin. We generally only allow concrete, brick or tiles to be placed in a bin on its own and not mixed with other general waste. If the removal of these items as well as general waste is required it’s best to order two bins so the waste can be separated.
We accept cash, money order & electronic bank transfers. Debit cards including savings and cheque accounts don’t incur a fee however Visa and MasterCard & credit cards will be charged an extra 2 percent to cover the bank credit card charges. Bins must be paid in full upon delivery. Bins will not be removed until payment is made in full. Please be aware if bins remain unpaid for, the contents will need to be emptied on the property so that the bin can be collected.
