Playford Family Medical offers home visits to patients who are unable to drive or access the surgery. We also realise it's important to offer a simple and convenient booking system for people who are on the go. We care for your health and understand importance of your time hence patients will also be able to access the services to our Abott Pathology on-site from 9am - 12 pm Monday to Saturday to reduce waiting time. We ensure our patients are extremely happy with our outstanding service.
