FAQs
Under the guidance of Principal Doug Reed, Germein Reed (GR) is growing strongly, a reflection of the quality and broad range of legal services it provides to meet individual, corporate and local government needs.
Strong teamwork lies at the core of the firm's success. Our lawyers, conveyancers, paralegals and administrators share a broad range of experience and expertise, and they know South Australia's Mid-North, Copper Coast and Yorke Peninsula like the backs of their hands.
Many of our clients choose to seek legal advice from GR on the recommendation of colleagues, friends or relatives, who are themselves clients of GR Lawyers. Referrals are a great compliment and we believe they reflect our firm's integrity and ability to provide relevant, practical and timely advice.

They also provide income tax advantages in some cases.
Signing a Contract to buy or sell a property is one of the biggest and most exciting, yet stressful decisions you will make in your life. Here at Germein Reed we pride ourselves on providing an efficient service to ensure that the process is completed as smoothly as possible. Most importantly we are with you every step of the way, including the services of our Lawyers if required.
If you die without making a Will (intestate), your assets, including your personal belongings, will be distributed according to the strict provisions in the Administration and Probate Act. You risk your estate being left to your legal next of kin. This could mean that the people you most want to benefit from your estate might not get anything at all. Also, it may take longer and cost more to administer your estate
