Wynnum & Bayside Child Care Centre

To extend and enhance the children’s skills across each of the Five Learning outcomes as demonstrated in the Early Years Learning Framework. Our centre is fully air-conditioned, well – resourced and well maintained, with a strong team of committed, professional staff, some of which have been here for over 10 years. We understand that we, as carers and educators of young children, are entrusted with a position, which requires empathy, understanding, honesty, professional knowledge and high-quality communications.

Our common goal is to provide each child and family with a unique, specialised experience, which ultimately results in overall positive outcomes for the child and family. Our service offers an “open door” policy. We encourage family/community involvement within our service. Families are encouraged to keep lines of communication open to allow for important information to be passed on.

Our Centre Director Miss Katrina has been in the Childcare Industry for 28 years and our Assistant Director Mr Scott has been in the Childcare Industry for 9 years. Our Centre has a team of dedicated educators, across all of our age groups. We have long standing educators within our service providing consistent and quality care to each and every child. All educators maintain current First Aid certificates, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training and Child Protection training is attended annually.
