Sandra Walters has a diploma of Bowen Therapy and was trained by Brian Smart. Smart Bowen is a dynamic Bowen Therapy technique developed by Brian Smart. Having been trained as a Bowen Therapist in 1992 he found there were conditions that were not responding well to the normal technique.

Brian’ who was already a remedial massage therapist then did further study and was able to incorporate his knowledge of trigger points’ acupressure and acupuncture.

Not at all. Bowen will work whether or not you believe it will because the technique simply assists the body to do the job it is designed to do to work efficiently and heal itself.
Is it like massage?

No, it is nothing like a massage. There is no need for the client to remove their clothes for most of the treatments and neither are there any oils, or any other products used.
