The Grand Central Medical Centre consists of four full-time doctors, Dr R Ponce, Dr L Ellepola, Dr J Baviera, Dr D Ellepola and Dr J Soriano. The doctors are supported by qualified practice nurse and administration staffs to provide you with excellence in health care. The Grand Central Medical Centre is an AGPAL Accredited Practice. We adhere to strict regulations and guidelines set by the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) to achieve this accreditation.
We are accepting New Patients. The Grand Central Medical Centre bulk bills all children 16 years and under and all Healthcare/Pension and DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs) card holders. Patients who hold a Medicare card only, are charged a fee of $50.00 for a standard consultation. A longer appointment may incur further charges, please discuss any concerns with our reception staff. A rebate is available through Medicare.
The Grand Central Medical Centre is able to arrange for a translating and interpreting service (TIS), NABS Interpreter and DVA transport options. Please notify reception at the time of booking your appointment if you require any of these services.

Yes. Parking is available on site.
We bulk bill all medicare card holders under 16 years, current Healthcare/Pension & DVA card holders. All other patients will incur a fee of $50.00 for a standard appointment. A Medicare rebate is available.
Patients paying for a standard appointment at $50.00 will receive a rebate of $37.05 as at May 2015. Differing appointment fees will have different rebate amounts. Please contact reception for further fee information.
