Clive has developed over 8000 residential blocks of land over the past 30 years. He has a substantial land bank throughout Toowoomba, Highfields and Westbrook which will enable blocks of land to be developed for years to come.
At any one time there are a number of subdivision plans to choose from and prospective purchasers are invited to register their interest on a waiting list. There is no obligation or deposit payable and you will be contacted when the plan is available to start taking options.
