Effective Airconditioning Services was established in 2004 by Stephen Baird. Stephen completed his Refrigeration trade qualifications in South Africa in the early nineties, then garnered further experience in the air-conditioning field in the UK. This broad field exposure has equipped Stephen with a wealth of knowledge in the field. Stephen can offer ideas and solutions to difficult problems and resolve even the trickiest HVAC issues.
