Yes. We have trusted sub-contractors with years of experience that can install your carpet, vinyl or floating floor (or all three).
Yes. We recommend that you take a sample, or samples home of the flooring that you are interested in. Often the amount of light, colour of walls and the colour of the furnishings in a room can make the floor covering appear differently to when it is in our showroom.
We keep an extensive range of carpet in our shop. If the carpet you like is in stock in our shop, and we have enough of it, once the measure and quote has been done we can generally lay your carpet in 2-3 days. This also applies to our vinyl. Any flooring that you like can be ordered from the distributor as long as it is not discontinued. The wait time for ordered stock depends on the manufacturer runs of that product and freight time from the factory to our store, approx. 14 days.
Yes, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
We take a 50% deposit; it can be paid by credit card, EFTPOS, cash, cheque or EFT.
The balance is due on completion of the flooring being laid.
Wool carpets have many advantages, such as its natural flame retardant, low propensity to soil, has good appearance retention, very good wear properties, easy to clean and maintain and an environmentally friendly sustainable fibre. Wool carpets are premium quality products of high quality and are suitable in high traffic areas.
Nylon carpets are extremely hard wearing. Easy to clean, have a very high abrasion resistance, excellent stain and soil resistance and available in multiple colour choices including highlight colours. Nylon is also used as a blend fibre with wool. This gives added stain resistance to your new carpet.
Polypropylene has many advantages such as its hard wearing abilities, stains resistance and is easy to clean with very good colour fastness. Polypropylene carpet is suitable for cost effective applications such as bedrooms, light duty commercial areas and rental properties.
Any accidental spills and stains need to be dealt with immediately to avoid permanent damage. Blot up liquids straight away using a white paper towel or clean white cloth. In the event of any large area spills we recommend putting a clean towel and standing on it to absorb as much liquid as possible. Scoop up solids immediately. Don't rub wet carpet pile ever.
