Yes, we have the following suggestions for you: 1. Keep windows and doors closed 2. Close curtains on hot summer days / cold nights 3. During hot weather, turn air-conditioner on early rather than working it harder later in the day when it has to work harder cooling an already hot room 4. Clean air filters regularly 5. Periodic (annual) professional maintenance servicing is necessary.
The recommended temperature to set an air-conditioner is 22-24 degrees Celsius for power consumption and efficiency.
Filters are required to be inspected regularly (e.g. monthly) and cleaned as required with warm soapy water, dried and replaced. In addition we recommend annual maintenance servicing by a professional company / tradesperson to ensure maximum efficiency as too the prolonged life of your air conditioner.
