Yes, we are able to assist with moving items if required, or clean around items which cannot be moved. Please indicate that you will require this service though when organising your appointment ahead of time.
If the rooms that have been cleaned are allowed to adequately air, by leaving windows and doors open for airflow, then generally most carpets will dry within 12 hours.
Depending on the stain and how old it is, most stains can be removed. We do recommend that you contact us though to discuss your particular situation, as this will allow us to provide a more accurate assessment.
We accept cash, cheque or bank cheque payments, and will provide you with a tax invoice on the day of cleaning. We are sorry but we do not offer credit accounts.
