With our quality machinery and experienced team of stone masons and machinists, we are in a position to fabricate your engineered stone, granite or marble stone benchtops for your kitchen, with precision cuts, curves, profiles, under-mount sinks and specialist routing such as sink drainers and rebates. Keeping stock of some of the most popular Caesar Stone colours, giving our customers quicker lead times when choosing these colours for their project. We also have a large range of off cuts.
At Stone Effects we feel it is important to invest in equipment to help provide our customers with the best quality kitchen stone benchtops possible. We start your project by templating with our LT55XL laser templator. This provides us with accurate measurements right from the beginning of the project, these measurements are then downloaded to our CAD program at the office. The stone is then optimized and cut on our Breton Speedy Cut Saw, imported from Italy.

The completion or installation date quoted is our best estimate of when you order will be completed.
All necessary appliances including cooktop, downdraft, stove, sinks, taps, hot water dispenser, or any other pertinent items are on site. Any item that requires a cut in the stone will be taken (if necessary) at the time of template (except cooktops, only specifications will be required) and returned at the time of installation. If Stone Effects has to make an additional trip to site due to the job site being unprepared to complete some work at the site, additional fees may apply (min $150.00).
Your slabs should be viewed and approved before templating and before contract is signed.
The homeowner (or designated decision maker over the age of 18) must be present during the entire templating process.
We have priced your order based on the measurements that you have provided. If the templator measurements are different, we will adjust accordingly.
Installation of stone tops does not include removal of the old ones unless arrangements have been made for us to do so. If we do remove existing tops, while all care will be taken, we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur (for example damage to splash back tiles).
Plumbing and wiring is not included in any installation. We are not plumbers or electricians by trade. We will not disconnect or reconnect sinks or cooktops.
The homeowner (or designated decision-maker). Must be present during the entire installation process.
