Allclass has completed a wide variety of projects, ranging from residential housing, industrial and commercial buildings to civil projects in New Zealand and Australia, providing construction, estimating, and contract management and building maintenance services.
We are a proudly family-owned company that has been operating successfully in Queensland since 2008. We are a QBCC licenced Gold Coast based Construction Company committed to delivering quality finishes, efficiency, excellent communication and professional conduct. Allclass Quality Constructions are experienced in all forms of construction, specialising in building, renovations, extensions, property maintenance, concreting, decking, patios and high-pressure water blasting.
Our experience extends to but isn't limited in all aspects of the concrete building industry-commercial, industrial, civil, residential projects. Specialising in completing difficult projects of all sizes and are quite often called upon to undertake jobs that other contractors won’t do.
Allclass Quality Constructions work with only the highest standard of tradesmen in the industry and have well established working relationships with all trades involved in the building industry. Quality of work completed, and customer satisfaction is our priority.
We also carry public liability insurance and are members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

Allclass Quality Constructions director, Owen McKenna, has over 38 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. Quality of work completed, and customer satisfaction is our priority and what we are recognised for. If it’s not done right, it’s not done.
The majority of jobs are quoted with a detailed scope of works and agreed prior to commencement of work. By quoting jobs up front you know exactly what is expected regarding inclusions and payment terms. Smaller jobs are generally undertaken on an hourly rate plus material costs.
Unfortunately, we come across too much work completed by unlicensed and unskilled contractors. We recommend all prospective clients undertake a company search on ASIC or QBCC websites for current licence details and company information.
Reliability is important. If we say we will be somewhere at a certain time, then that is where we will be. Trustworthiness is also important, if we say we are going to do something then that is what we do. We take pride in conducting our business, meeting new clients and giving repeat clientele our utmost integrity and service.
Allclass Quality Constructions carries public liability insurance. Relevant manufacturer's warranties apply to all products used and we personally guarantee the quality of all labour. All major projects are completed under QBCC or HIA contracts and homeowners warranty insurance is included.
