Recommended 100mm deep – m3 will level 10m2.
Gypsum is a product specifically designed for beating down clay.
You need a well-composed organic matter. Our mill mud/baggage is ideal.
All are suitable except Quinan it’s too brittle.
Ph is a figure expressing acidity or alkalinity in soils. 7 is neutral.
You can add lime or dolomite to help raise Ph.
You can add gypsum to help lower Ph.
You will need 1 & 1/3m3 of loose product (2 tonnes) & 12 cement (25mpa).
It depends on the size. 40/50m you need 1m3, 20mm need 1/2m3, 7mm need 1/4m3.
They have a 30-year warranty against termites, but you must protect them from wet soil. Wet soil will rot your sleepers so coat them with plastic and drainage gravel.
