Come and visit us at our Bundaberg store. Open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturdays 9.00am to 12.00pm. Note that we are closed on the first Saturday of each month.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. If you pay by PayPal, the funds will show up as your account balance. If you pay via a credit/debit card, the funds will be returned to the card used for the original sale.
