Our advisers have a vested interest in looking after you because the advisers are also the 'owners' or the 'successors' of our business. All our advisers are senior in that they not only have extensive years of industry experience under their belt but they all hold university degrees - with Ellen & Julie Schafer both holding a Masters in Applied Finance.

ES&A have a policy that both partners must attend all meetings.
Your adviser will be acting as an Authorised Representative on behalf of GWM Adviser Services Limited Australian Financial Services Licensee. Our Authorised Representatives hold a Master of Applied Finance amongst their industry recognised qualifications and as owners of the business they have a vested interest in providing quality advice and a service which we believe is second to none.
We give advice on wealth creation, retirement planning, superannuation, risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, gearing, insurance protection, debt reduction, wealth preservation strategies and lifestyle goals and objectives. Whatever advice we give will be tailored around your particular needs and it will also take into consideration your risk tolerance.
Your first appointment is free. After your first appointment you will be charged an advisory service fee for the financial education that we provide to all clients and for the preparation of our recommendations. Should you decide to implement our recommendation the fees for implementation, our ongoing service fees and what those service fees provide will be outlined in detail in your plan.
Before you become a client you will be given a comprehensive Service Agreement which will outline all our ongoing fees as well as the services we provide. We do not have a 'set' ongoing fee. Ongoing fees will depend on the level of service we believe you will require. We do not accept trailing commissions and are only paid by our Clients - either directly or via their investments or a combination of both.
Almost anyone can have their own SMSF. If you prefer to maintain control over your investments rather than leave it in the hands of the institutions, then a SMSF may be appropriate for you. There are a lot of rules to consider along the way, but operating your own fund is an option available to anyone and need not be as complicated as some would have you believe!
