Generally, we will carry out an inspection and then provide you with a comprehensive written quote.
We require a set of structural plans from an engineer and drawings of the renovation and placement of the building by a draftsman or architect. A certifier can organise all of this for you. A structural engineer can design the post, steel beam and footing details the most important aspects. We can generally supply a quote prior to these being available.
If you are re-stumping only, engineer plans are not usually required, unless beams are being added.
