You must lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form at least one month, and no more than 18 months, before the date on which you wish to get married.
Yes. You must have two witnesses attend your wedding ceremony, to witness the ceremony and sign the marriage certificates. If you are unable to provide witnesses, i will be able to provide them for you.
Yes, you will receive a certificate known as the 'party certificate'. This certificate is for your own records. This certificate cannot be used as proof of marriage for official purposes. If you want official documentation, you will need to apply for a standard marriage certificate. You may apply at http://www.bdm.vic.gov.au/

No. All documents must be originals
The most important thing is flexibility. You can get married anywhere you want and have the wedding ceremony absolutely tailored to you as a couple. It is also more personal unless you know your religious leader extremely well.
As part of my services, I am able to provide a PA system and also chairs and tables for the signing of documents.
