Australian Building Maintenance employs only qualified tradesmen with specialised training in the unique field of concrete repair, waterproofing, roof restoration, building maintenance and painting. We believe a small team over a longer period provides a better result with minimum disruption to the usual building routine. Every building is different, and requires individual appraisal and a tailored maintenance plan to achieve a quality long lasting result. We contribute to BUS and BERT Schemes and are conversant with the Workplace Health & Safety Act and comply with same, all employees have completed the safety induction course, hold blue cards, working at heights certification, swinging stage & elevated work platform certification and are highly skilled in building maintenance, building repairs, concrete spalling repairs, waterproofing and re-painting of buildings in close proximity to the ocean environment.

We're a specialist remedial waterproofing company, very experienced in all aspects of waterproofing. We're approved applicators/installers of most high end quality waterproofing systems. We tailor waterproofing system/solutions to individual situations, offer waterproofing solutions for all hi rise & walk up buildings & cover everything from rooftop to basement including balconies, internal & subterranean.
We choose not to waterproof shower pans.
Waterproofing issues are too varied to generalise, many leaks can be fixed with isolated repairs, however if the existing system has reached the end of its useful life span then isolated repairs would be a waste of money.

You should ask to see a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) 'Waterproofing Licence'. You should ask for evidence of a long standing track record of successful waterproofing.
