Our company specialises in the liquid waste handling and transport industry, with capabilities of moving vast quantities of liquid at short notice in emergencies, as well as performing regular maintenance services in compliance with local authority requirements within the greater South-East Queensland region.

SPECIALITY

It is our aim to provide an environmentally responsible and cost effective service within the liquid waste handling and transport industry. Our clientele ranges from government organisations (at federal, state and local levels), public companies and private enterprise, as well as individual householders.

SPECIALITY

With 16 ultra-modern vacuum tankers & 3 trailers in our fleet, ranging from 4,500 litres to 36,500 litre combinations, we are able to provide a comprehensive service, specialising in regular maintenance as well as emergency responses, capable of moving vast quantities at short notice. We also have a low access unit which is able to gain access to sites with a minimum clearance of two metres.

Septic tank: It is recommended that a well-maintained septic tank should be cleaned out every 3-4 years before the sludge level in the tank rises and is discharged into the soakage/evaporation trenches, causing costly blockages at the toilet, at the tank or in the trenches from the tank.

FAQs

  • Do I need to be present for my tank/trap to be serviced?

No, if we are able to access your premises safely and are able to positively identify and access the tank/trap.

  • My system is at the back of the house. What access do you require to do the service properly?

We need to be able to park our vehicle within at least 30 metres of the system. All our vehicles carry approx. 30 metres of hoses. Our service vehicles are about the same width as a large 4WD, however slightly higher and longer. We are able to access most household driveways with ease.

  • Do I need to be home for my system to be serviced?

No, if we are able to access your property safely and you are happy for us to do so. However, it is recommended for the initial service that you are home, to gain an understanding of what to expect when you are not home during future services.

  • What cleaning products are safe to use for my system?

Any products which are labeled as being "safe for septic systems". Hospital grade disinfectants or similar generally are unsuitable for septic systems, as these very effectively kill bacteria of all kinds, including the ones in your septic tank (which it requires to function properly).

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, Cheque, Money Order, or Electronic Funds Transfer (internet banking - you will need to call our office for the bank account details). Please note that currently we are not able to accept card payments.

  • How long does a service take?

Depending on site access and the condition of the tank, no more than half an hour for normal household tanks, and up to an hour for HSTP systems.

  • What type of wastes do you transport?

Our company is licensed by the EPA to handle all regulated liquid wastes without a hazardous/dangerous goods classification code. We are also able to deliver "A+" class recycled water in limited regions.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Our principle is that we are confident that the service we give is second to none, however should you not be entirely satisfied, or have other reasons not to choose our company for your servicing requirements, you are free to do so at any point of our relationship without any penalty.

  • How often should a household system be serviced?

Septic Tanks: 3-4 yearly. Grey Water Holding Tanks: Annually (some require 6 monthly). Grease Traps: 2-4 monthly (or your preference). HSTP: Upon recommendation of your service technician (generally anywhere between 5-10 years).

  • Are there any hidden fees, such as environmental levies, fuel levies or admin fees?

No. You are given a fixed price based on a standard septic system. The only time there may be a variation on the quoted price is if the system is greater in volume than a standard system, or if the system is in such disrepair that the service takes considerably longer than the accepted standard.
