FAQs

  • How often should I service my gas heater?

All gas heating will require servicing at regular intervals, if you are unsure as to when your system needs a service maybe it's time to book a service, from here I will advise on what filter cleaning and maintenance you can do yourself and when I need to re attend ( typically 1 - 5 yearly).

  • How often should I service my evaporative cooling?

All air conditioning should be serviced occasionally, newer models with dump and drain valves can get by with every second year. Conventional units that hold their water in the sump should be serviced at the start of season to ensure you're not breathing in any nasties from stagnant water. By not getting servicing done you run the risk of bad filter pads causing costly water damage to ceilings.
