LASER WIZARD have invested in what they consider to be the best laser machines in the world, the german made Trumpf laser machines. We have three Trumpf lasers now, the latest installed in September 2015. This newest laser is a fully automatic state of the art Trumpf laser capable of cutting at high speeds and with a fully automatic loading and unloading capacity.

Waterjet cutting uses a combination of high pressure water with an abrasive feed directed at the material surface as the cutting medium. Waterjet cutting has a number of advantages over laser cutting, and is particularly suitable with low melting point and inflammable materials such as aluminium.
A number of levels of software are available for design and processing or orders.
Files in various formats can be accepted, alternatively drawings can be produced and made available for verification and production.
Sigmatek nesting software is the central processing software used by LASER WIZARD.

We can cut up to 20 mm thick on our laser machines but up to 100 mm on our waterjet machine.
The laser machines can cut stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, wood and acrylic. For other types of material such as titanium, rubber, copper, brass, stone, carbon fibre and other laminated materials. In fact the waterjet machine can cut almost any type of material up to 100 mm thick.
We try to keep our lead time to a minimum. We know this is important for many of our customers. Generally, for simple laser cutting of standard type materials, the lead time would be 4-5 days. If folding, welding, or other add on services are required then a longer delivery time would be required.
Yes we have a separate but adjoining factory specifically set up for folding. We have 3 Safan electric bending machines. The largest is a 4100mm 220 tonne machine, then we have a 2550mm. 65 tonne and our latest machine is a 35 tonne 1250mm
Yes, we have a dedicated welding factory adjacent to our laser and waterjet cutting operation. We have Mig, Tig and spot welders and can weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
