KGF is a registered food business. All food at KGF is prepared by our team of qualified Chefs, under the direct supervision of a head Chef with over 20 years' experience, including food handling and food preparation. KGF understands the specific food safety risks associated with young children and is committed to providing its customers with a product that is of the highest quality and which complies with the requirements of the Food Act 2003 and Food Standards Code.
To facilitate this commitment, KGF has retained the services of an independent food safety consultancy, Food Safety Management Solutions since 2008, FSMS developed a comprehensive food safety program for KGF based on the principles of HACCP, to provide on-going food safety and hygiene training for all KGF staff and to oversee, on a regular basis, the day to day operational food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the effective management of food safety risks within the organisation.
Food Safety Program monitored by an Auditor. Menus of varied food styles and multicultural influences. Specific allergy meals can be ordered No nut/egg products or nut/egg traces used in the food. Reduction of food wastage. Daily ingredient explanation supplied, with easy heating and serving instructions.
