FAQs

  • Don’t chiropractors look after bones and physios look after muscles?

I wonder who started this rumour? It’s impossible to separate injuries into categories like ‘bones’ or ‘muscles’. It’s all connected (don’t make us sing the song!) Physios are pain and movement experts who can look after your bones, muscles, ligaments, cartillage, fascia, nerves, brain, lungs and make sure they’re all coordinated and functioning at their best!

  • What music does the practise play?

Glad you asked. We love our Spotify and have all the licences to play it all day long. If you ask nicely we might even do requests!

  • What do I need to wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best so you can move freely during your assessment. We’ll need to have a look at the relevant body parts so we may need to ask you to remove some clothing so we can assess and treat you properly. It’s a good idea to wear or bring some shorts for lower limb problems. We have hospital-type gowns available to protect your modesty as needed.
