FAQs

  • Do I need a referral from my doctor?

While a doctor's referral is preferred, it is not required for an appointment.

  • Is this service free if I have an EPC referral from my GP?

No. EPC referrals qualify you for between one and five $52.95 Medicare rebates per calendar year, depending on your GP’s referral. My aim is to provide quality service and so initial consultations are booked for one hour and review consultations are booked for between 30 and 45 minutes. This means if you have been referred under an EPC referral, there will be a gap fee, which after the initial session, is usually less than the cost of a McDonald’s meal at review consultations!

  • Are you registered with major health funds?

    Yes, we are registered.
